Tim O'Rourke is the founder of The Grafton Group and TSD-Technical Services Division, bringing over three decades of experience in investigations and technical security. Recognized nationally, Tim has built a career working in diverse and challenging environments across the United States and internationally. His deep expertise in corporate investigations, workplace violence prevention, and technical security has established The Grafton Group and TSD as premier providers in these fields, with a strong focus on Corporate Investigations and Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM).

Experience:

With more than 30 years based in the Tampa Bay area, Tim has worked with national and international figures, including political leaders, professional athletes, and corporations, providing personal protection, intelligence and security solutions. He has collaborated and trained with TSCM technicians from both domestic and international agencies, including those involved in embassy and national security. This extensive experience allows Tim to offer clients a comprehensive understanding of today's technical surveillance challenges. Both The Grafton Group and TSD are staffed by a select team of professionals with backgrounds in federal and local law enforcement, military, and the private sector, all equipped with the latest technology and tools to address a wide range of risk mitigation concerns.

Certifications & Affiliations:

• Tim holds multiple TSCM certifications from leading U.S. manufacturers of electronic countermeasures equipment, (REI) as well as certifications from professional organizations dedicated to protecting against electronic surveillance threats.
• He was appointed by Commissioner Charles Bronson to serve on the Florida Regulatory Board (PIRSAC) for eight years, an advisory board that plays a crucial role in shaping policies.
• Tim also served as the president of the Florida Association of Licensed Investigators (FALI.org), the second-largest statewide PI association in the United States.
• He is a sought-after speaker at professional investigative and security conferences across the country and is a regular contributor to PI Magazine, where he writes on topics related to espionage and TSCM.
