In accordance with Texas Occupational Code Chapter 1702 and Chapter 35 of Texas Administrative Code, Individual License holders are strictly prohibited from soliciting or accepting work independently and must be affiliated with a licensed private investigative company to legally operate.

Kellye Dunlap is a licensed Texas Private Investigator serving attorneys, law firms, and clients across Texas. A former law enforcement professional, Kellye brings an investigative approach grounded in evidence, thorough documentation, critical analysis, and attention to detail.
Her practice has an increasing focus on criminal defense and litigation support, including witness and defendant interviews, case and discovery review, timeline development, scene investigation, evidence analysis, background and public-record research, asset investigations, locating and interviewing witnesses, and trial preparation. She also provides investigative support in civil matters and conducts surveillance, due-diligence, and other fact-finding investigations.
Kellye works closely with defense counsel to identify inconsistencies, develop investigative leads, locate potentially favorable evidence, document findings, and provide attorneys with organized, usable investigative work product. She has experience conducting investigations for both retained and court-appointed counsel.
In addition to her investigative license, Kellye is a Texas Certified Process Server and Texas Notary Public. She is committed to continuing professional education in criminal-defense investigation, civil litigation, interviewing, OSINT, asset research, evidence analysis, and emerging investigative technology.
