J.L. “Joe” Galleno is the Founder and Chief Executive of E.P.I.S. International Investigations, Inc., bringing more than three decades of experience in complex criminal, civil, international, and security-related investigations.

Beginning his career in the 1980s, Galleno has developed extensive expertise in criminal defense investigations, civil litigation support, mitigation, witness development, risk assessment, executive protection, and strategic investigative planning. His work has taken him throughout the United States, Central and South America, and Europe, where he has coordinated complex matters through a broad professional network of investigators, attorneys, forensic specialists, and business professionals.

Galleno previously led a highly active fugitive recovery operation responsible for locating and assisting in the apprehension of more than 2,900 state and federal fugitives. He has also served as an adjunct professor teaching surety law and has spoken on ethics, professionalism, and investigative standards.

With academic training in psychology and paralegal studies, Galleno combines traditional investigative experience with modern technology, strategic analysis, and a commitment to discretion, integrity, and results.
