About
As a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for 25 years, Brian Harkins engaged in counter-terrorism, counter-espionage, criminal investigations, and special operations. He worked in partnership with local, state, national, and international organizations. Through his global intelligence operations, he participated in historic matters – the Oklahoma City bombing, the 9/11 terrorist attacks (PENTBOMB), Operation Sour Gas, many overseas incidents, countering covert terrorist infiltration, provided war support, conducted top fugitive manhunts for such as Eric Robert Rudolph, and participated in investigations of major fraud such as the savings and loan scandals of the late eighties/nineties. He investigated and monitored civil rights issues in the North Texas region of the FBI and the U.S. Department of Justice. He also realized significant success with intelligence analysis endeavors which uncovered and dismantled global terrorism operations. As a tactical operator on an FBI SWAT Team, he apprehended the most dangerous elements of society, defended high value key assets of the United States, and conducted personal security operations for United States executives and foreign dignitaries.
