Course Objectives

This training equips private investigators with the specialized skills needed to investigate Industrial Workplace accidents, equipment failures, and safety violations focusing exclusively on the Texas Oil and Gas sector (Downstream Refining).

This training curriculum has been reformatted into a dense, 2-day seminar

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

  • Navigate complex industrial environments safely and legally.
  • Identify root causes of mechanical and systemic failures.
  • Secure volatile physical and digital evidence at accident scenes.
  • Interview traumatized or reluctant corporate witnesses effectively.
  • Analyze OSHA, EPA, and corporate safety compliance documentation.
  • Reconstruct industrial incidents using data and physics principles.
  • Prepare legally defensible investigation reports for litigation support.
