Region 3: Immigration 101

Description

1. Participant will acquire a basic understanding of immigration 2. Participant will learn what immigration-based Executive Orders may affect their noncitizen casework. 3. Participant will become aware of the proper websites that can provide answers to basic immigration concerns such as How to Confirm Who is a U.S. or non-U.S. Citizen and how and where to obtain additional information regarding immigration issues they may encounter. 4. What under immigration law constitutes fraud when applying for a job that can raise red flags during an I-9 Audit.
