I am a seasoned executive, safety consultant, and security professional with more than 20 years of experience in health, safety, environmental (HSE) management, security operations, private investigations, and law enforcement K9 handling. As the CEO and Senior HSE Consultant at Focuss Service Group, I lead with a proven track record of building safety cultures, improving compliance, and strengthening organizational resilience across high-risk industries.

For over 15 years, I’ve served in executive leadership roles in safety management, directing large-scale safety programs, OSHA/DOT compliance initiatives, incident investigations, and emergency response operations. My project history includes managing multi-million-dollar turnarounds and infrastructure projects in pharmaceuticals, glass, chemical, and environmental sectors, where I have consistently delivered safer worksites, stronger compliance, and better outcomes for both employees and clients.

In addition to my HSE expertise, I bring extensive experience in security and investigations. I am a Texas Licensed Private Investigator, a Level 3 Security Officer, and a Level 4 Personal Protection Officer (PPO). Over the years, I’ve supervised and trained security teams, integrated hazard recognition and risk mitigation strategies, and conducted private investigations for corporate, legal, and private clients. 

I also serve as a K9 Handler, working with single-purpose detection dogs in both law enforcement training and private sector security operations. This capability allows me to bring a unique resource to clients who require canine-assisted security and investigative solutions.

My foundation as a Certified Safety and Health Official (CSHO) provides me with an unmatched perspective on crisis response, compliance, and emergency management. With certifications ranging from OSHA 510 and Hazwoper 40 to Radiation Safety and Public Sector Safety, I approach every project with a deep commitment to protecting people, assets, and organizations.

Beyond my professional work, I stay engaged in my community through the Greater Angleton Chamber of Commerce, and other industry and professional organizations. At my core, I believe in creating safer environments, stronger security operations, and ethical investigative practices that make a real difference for the people and organizations I serve.
